Attention all students: You can now get the Morning Announcements in Google Classroom. Go to your Google Classroom App and join the Google Class titled Morning Announcements. Use this code to join – ss4w7s4.

The Fall Play “You Can’t Take It With You” will be performed tonight and tomorrow night, in the Auditorium at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $10.00 and can be purchased during the day or at the door. Do not miss this classic comedy on the South Side Stage.

For anyone interested in auditioning for Student Directed, there will be a brief meeting right after school today in the Auditorium to discuss the audition process.

This is a message from Mr. Walsh. To those of you who drive to school, please be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. You are expected to park and drive legally, and not to leave garbage behind in the neighborhood. If you do not park legally, the police can be notified. Thank you for your cooperation.

Book Club will meet right after school on Monday, November 18th in the Library.

There will be a meeting of all Senior girls interested in running for Red and Blue captain on Tuesday morning, November 19th during Zero Period in the Library Classroom. Any questions, see Ms. Kelly in Social Studies or Ms. O’Brien in English.

The next SMILE meeting will be on Tuesday morning, November 19th during Zero Period. All Freshman please report to the Auditorium first for some important information and all mentors please report to the Commons Room first. Any questions see Mr. Downey or Ms. Takach.

Coding Club will meet right after school on Tuesday, November 19th in the Library.

The St. Baldrick’s Club will meet on Tuesday, November 19th for a short meeting right after school in Room 1322. December events will be discussed. The club advocates for childhood cancer research and helps pediatric cancer patients. All please come to the meeting.

Students interested in going on the Peru Amazon Rainforest and Machu Picchu trip during April Recess should see Mr. Saccone in Room 2414 for more information.

The Community Education Office is now accepting applications for Winter ACE. It meets for 6 Saturday mornings beginning this January and pays $13.00 an hour. If you like working with younger kids, come down to the Community Education Office for an application in Room 1307. All applications are due by Friday, November 22ND .

Help keep the RVC Community warm this winter! The ELL Club is collecting new or gently worn coats of any size. Simply go through your closets and bring your coats to Mrs. Tarquinio in Room 2307.

The GEMS Club will be recycling batteries and markers. Please bring any alkaline batteries that no long work and markers in to school this week. There are boxes in the Main Lobby. This project will continue all year.
